While you’re away from your vacation home you can have peace of mind that it is safe and secure. We can stop by, as often as you wish to make sure that everything is OK.

Our Services

We routinely visit your home to inspect that all is normal and in good working order and contact you immediately to report any issues. We can also send you a short email after every visit to assure you that everything is OK. We also offer a spring cleanup service to get your home ready for your return.

If we see an issue we will take a picture and email it to you right away.

At your request, we can clean the inside and/or outside of your home before you return.

Our Inside Inspection

• Check all rooms, bathrooms and garage
• Check for water entry or plumbing leaks
• Check for infiltration of insects or vermin
• Secure all windows and exterior doors
• Run water in sinks to prevent order buildup
• Check HVAC system is working properly
• Make sure thermostat is on a safe setting
• Check on status of the water heater

Outside Inspection

• Check for any signs of forced entry
• Check for storm damage to trees and roof
• Check on animal or insect infestation
• Check for signs of sprinkler malfunctions
• Take in or take out trash cans
• Collect any papers or mail

Home Check Visits:

Once Per Month $20.00 per month
Twice Per Month $35.00 per month
Once Per Month $70.00 per month

Spring Cleaning Service:

Per Cleaning $50.00
